Challenge
An established South American importer needed a reliable manufacturing partner for a new Parrilla grill line, with requirements for small batch flexibility and consistent quality across multiple SKUs.
Solution
We designed a modular production system that allows efficient switching between 4 grill variants, with standardized sub-assemblies and custom finishing options per SKU.
Development
Engineering validation took 6 weeks, followed by pilot production of 50 units per variant. After client approval, we ramped to full production with staggered delivery schedules.
Result
The client received consistent quality across all SKUs with on-time delivery, enabling them to expand their product range and enter two new retail channels.
