Quality Assurance
Our five-point inspection system ensures every product meets our quality standards before it reaches your customers.
Incoming Inspection
All raw materials and purchased components are inspected upon arrival. Material certificates are verified, dimensions checked, and non-conforming materials are rejected before entering production.
Key Criteria: Material certs, dimensional accuracy, surface quality, coating thickness
In-Process Inspection
Quality checks at critical production stages — after cutting, bending, welding, and before surface treatment. Catches issues early when they are least costly to fix.
Key Criteria: Weld quality, dimensional tolerances, fit-up accuracy, surface prep
Final Inspection
Comprehensive visual and dimensional inspection of finished products before packaging. Every unit is checked against engineering drawings and quality standards.
Key Criteria: Final dimensions, surface finish, assembly quality, cosmetic standards
Functional Testing
Products undergo functional testing — temperature performance, motor operation, moving parts, heat distribution, and safety mechanisms are all verified.
Key Criteria: Temperature range, motor function, moving parts, safety interlocks
Packaging Inspection
Final check of packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, documentation completeness, and shipping readiness. Ensures products arrive in perfect condition.
Key Criteria: Packaging integrity, label accuracy, documentation, shipping marks
Our Quality Commitment
Quality is not an afterthought — it is built into every step of our process. From material selection to final packaging, we maintain rigorous standards that ensure your products perform reliably in the field.
